The Problem
Sile021 is building Telep Residence, a residential block in the Telep neighbourhood of Novi Sad with twenty apartments, from studios to three-room units, plus parking and garage spaces. New-build buyers pick an apartment from the plans before they can walk through it, and when that information is not in one place, every question about layout, size and what is still available ends in a call to the investor.
Our Approach
We built a site where every apartment has its own page: floor plan, position in the building, measurements, size, room count and sale status, all visible before the first call. Parking and garage spaces get the same catalogue, with position, size and status for each space. Every unit also carries structured data, so search engines read it as an individual listing. Everything runs on a CMS, so the investor marks a unit sold or changes a price without going through us.
The Result
Buyers call already knowing which apartment they want and how big it is, so the conversation starts at price and viewing. The sold labels on apartments and parking spaces double as proof that the building is selling, and the investor sets them the same day a unit goes.
