The Problem
Pejović Invest had been building and selling residential property for over a decade — eleven completed buildings and more than 150 buyers — but every enquiry still started from scratch on the phone. Buyers had no way to see which apartments were still available, what the layouts looked like, or how much space they were getting before calling.
Our Approach
We built a site where each development has its own page and every apartment inside it has another — floor, size, room count and availability, all visible before anyone picks up the phone. Sold-out projects stay online in a separate section as proof of track record. Everything runs on a CMS, so the investor publishes a new building or marks an apartment sold without going through us.
The Result
Buyers now arrive already knowing which apartment they want to see, so calls start at the viewing rather than at the basics. The investor updates availability the same day a unit sells, and the archive of completed buildings does the trust-building that a decade of word of mouth used to carry alone.
