The Problem
A soccer club's finances were tracked across disconnected spreadsheets — season expenses, player sale income, accounting entries, and budget overviews scattered across different files and owners. There was no single source of truth for the club's financial picture, making it difficult to get a clear view of where money was going or coming from at any given time.
Our Approach
We designed and built a dedicated financial tracking tool over 8 weeks, taking it from initial prototype through to a working MVP. The tool consolidates all financial data into one dashboard with season expense tracking, player transaction management, and basic accounting views. The architecture is built around reliable document storage and event-driven processing, with a clean, purpose-built interface the club can use day to day.
The Result
The club now has a single dashboard for all financial data. Season budgets, player transactions, and accounting entries are tracked in one place with full visibility. The tool replaced a tangle of spreadsheets with a clean, purpose-built interface — giving club management a clear financial picture for the first time.
