The Problem
An in-house restaurant operation was managing everything through spreadsheets and manual processes. Food waste tracking, worker payment calculations, and weekly meal planning were time-consuming, error-prone, and required constant manual coordination — creating operational inefficiency and a high risk of costly mistakes.
Our Approach
We built a catering management platform from scratch in 30 days. The platform includes modules for food inventory and waste tracking, automated worker payment calculations tied to shifts and roles, and a drag-and-drop weekly meal planner. The backend is built for reliability with event-driven processing and secure authentication, while the frontend gives the operations team a fast, responsive interface they can use daily.
The Result
The operations team moved from scattered spreadsheets to a unified management dashboard. Meal planning that previously took hours now takes minutes with the drag-and-drop planner. Payment calculations are automated and fully auditable, eliminating manual errors.
